A record of who owns what
Bali Registry is the register of Profit Participation Rights. Every holding is recorded in the holder’s own name, against the project it belongs to and the agreement behind it. That entry is the record.
What a Right is
Profit Participation Right
A property project needs money before it is built. The company behind it issues Rights, and each Right stands for a set share of that project. You take up one of them, or several, your name goes into the register, and the number you hold is how your share is measured. Most people just say PPR.
Each project sets its own terms, so what a Right pays and when is written in the agreement you sign, not here. Rights can change hands later. Anything extra that came with them, like club membership or stays, does not travel with them unless the project says so.
- What the register does
- When a project confirms that someone holds Rights, we write it down. Once written, an entry stays. Later changes are recorded next to it, never in place of it.
- What it does not do
- No payments pass through here and no money is held. Nothing on this site is advice. Those things stay between you and your project.
- What you can see
- Your own holdings and your own documents. A project can see its own register and change nothing in it. Nobody reads anybody else's.
- How people get in
- Accounts are opened by the Registrar, at a project's request. There is no sign-up page, and that is on purpose. If you hold Rights and have no account, ask the project that issued them.
